Exchange directions where you send or receive cryptocurrencies have different exchange conditions compared to other types. There's no need to worry! The address assigned for payment of the request remains in our system permanently. If coins arrive at the exchange address after the request has been canceled due to a timeout, the exchange will not be completed automatically. You need to wait until the exchange finishes transferring funds and the transaction receives the required number of confirmations in the blockchain. After that, you can contact support. Our operators will check the receipt of coins to your address and process the exchange manually.
