1. The developed policy describes the actions and inactions of the Service regarding the Refund of Assets to Users, as well as the fees provided by the Service for processing Refunds. This policy is an integral part of the Service's Terms of Service.2. A Refund may be issued only up to the amount of the Asset sent by the User to the Service’s accounts for an Exchange.3. A Refund may be issued only to the account details provided from the email specified when the Request was created (Replacement of account details).4. The Service fee for processing a Refund is deducted from the amount of the Asset returned to the user. In certain cases (force majeure, technical malfunction of the Service), these conditions may be revised in favor of the User.5. Service Obligations:5.1. The Service is obliged to return Assets sent by the User to the Service’s accounts only if the Exchange did not take place.5.2. The Service is obliged to return Assets to the sender’s account within the subsequent 24 hours after receiving the Refund address and the Client's consent for the Refund.6. The Service is entitled to:6.1. Not issue a Refund until the User requests it. Any actions by the Service regarding a Refund of Assets in accordance with this policy commence only after the User contacts support. This means that without the User’s request, the Service remains inactive regarding the Refund;6.2. Not reimburse the User for payment system fees when issuing a Refund;6.3. Refuse the User's Refund request if the Exchange specified in the Request was completed;6.4. Charge a Refund fee as indicated in item #8 in cases where the Exchange cannot be completed for reasons beyond the Service's control, such as: the Service is unable to complete the Exchange to a blocked, inactive, or limited User account; the Service cannot complete the Exchange on a Request submitted by the User in violation of the rules (incorrect wallet format, missing memo, unsupported network format, etc.);6.5. Not pay the User additional fees;7. Special Conditions:7.1. The Service stores Assets subject to Refund free of charge for 75 calendar days from the date of the Request;7.2. The Service does not manage Assets subject to Refund for commercial interests, nor does it derive any investment or other profit from such Assets within the 75 calendar days from the date of the Request;7.3. The Service may make exceptions and issue a Refund to a User account other than the one specified in the Request if it involves returning cryptocurrency Assets or tokens.8. Fees:8.1. For Refunds stipulated by the policy, the Service charges a fee in accordance with the schemes and rates specified in this article.
